Auto Refresh
How to Use
Auto Refresh is very simple to use. All you need to do is right click anywhere on the webpage to bring up the context menu as shown in the example below:
You also have the choice if you want to hard refresh or normal refresh. You can even select tell Auto Refresh to refresh or hard refresh individual tabs or ever open tab 
Randomise will randomly select 1 preset time. Once it performs that action it will randomly choose another preset time and keep repeating.
Options
Inside options you can disable and enable the status icon:
and customise the presets as shown in the example below:
You can customise 7 different presets and they will save to the context menu once you click “save”.
Disable
You can disable Auto Refresh by going Tools > Add-ons > (Find Auto Refresh) and click Disable.
Uninstall
You can uninstall Auto Refresh by going Tools > Add-ons > (Find Auto Refresh) and click Uninstall.
