The addon is not working anymore!?
There could be a number of solutions:
- Firefox updated and the addon is not long working with that version. Check to see if any updates are available for that addon.
- If the above doesn’t work then try uninstalling, then restarting firefox. Download and install the addon again and restart once more.
- Another addon could be conflicting with our addon. Try disabling all your other addons and restarting. Then try enabling them again one by one, checking each time to see if our addon starts working. Keep trying until you find out which addon is causing the problem and report it to us here.
- If none of the above worked let us know here.
I found a bug in one of the addons
Bugs will always come up and we reply on the help from our fellow users to report these bugs as soon as they find them so we can get fixes and updates out as soon as possible. You can report a bug to us here. Please try to be as specific as you can and provide screen shots or videos if possible.
I have a suggestion or feature to recommend
We love to hear recommendations to improve our development. We get a lot of suggestions all the time and it can take time to implement so many. We read every email and ones we think are relevant and good ideas we add to the pipeline for a future update. If you think you have a good idea then you can send us a message here.
When are you updating your addon?
We are always staying up to date with new versions. Even before the public find out we’re already working on them. Sometimes we need to run a few test before we can make it live. If you’re hoping for an update soon then don’t worry, it wont be long
